We begin with a $1,495 upfront marketing fee that covers premium photography and a targeted marketing rollout designed to attract serious buyers. Once you accept an offer, we invoice the buyer for a deposit and prepare a clear, comprehensive sale agreement outlining all terms and conditions. On settlement, we invoice the buyer or their finance company and finalise the paperwork. Only when the sale is complete is Titan’s commission (just 3% of the final price) payable, so you enjoy a polished process focused on securing the best result.
